Shipping policy

Shipping Policy Raw Hair Addiction ships all orders quickly and securely to ensure every customer receives their products in perfect condition. All orders are processed in the order they are received.


Processing Time All orders require 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Time Once processed, your order will ship using the method selected at checkout. Delivery time varies based on your location and the carrier. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Raw Hair Addiction is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Order Changes & Cancellations Because of our fast processing times, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter processing. Please review your order carefully before submitting.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Raw Hair Addiction is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or delayed packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes or claims. We will provide any information needed to assist with a carrier investigation.


Pre-Shipment Inspection All wigs and products undergo a quality check before they are packaged and shipped. We do not ship damaged, used, or previously returned hair.


International Shipping At this time, international shipping is not automatically included. If international shipping becomes available, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information A tracking number will be emailed once the order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
